Designing an Account Unlock Application description
This is a tutorial that comes with the ability to guide administrators to develop an account self service application for their intranet environment. This tutorial says that an account unlock application can be created by using ASP, ADSI, SQL and DOM. The author says that this account unlock application will be useful in simplifying the calls to the help desk. This tutorial elaborates that one part of this application for the users to let them include fields for 'question', 'pin_number' and 'answer', where as the another part is for allowing the users to answer the questions and to enter their identification numbers.
