YTP-BBS is a 2-language mode bulletin board in English and Japanese that boasts of a wide variety of functions with easy configuration and quick response due to messages stored as HTML files. This includes a Mailing List function and a message index that can be viewed as a threaded or a chronological list. What's more, it can run up to 3 boards simultaneously and avoids the troubles created by double posting.
