OpenJournal is a completely Web-based interface where a perl script will manage and maintain your Web-based writings from a totally Web-based interface. Open Journal allows you to keep an online journal and configure it anyway you'd like it to look. It's very simple to operate and requires little maintenance. After installation you just need to write in it from time to time, and this script takes care of the rest.
