This is a perl script that will allow you to start offering services for maintaining statistics of web site visitors and traffic of others web sites. You can do this by placing an html counter code in their web pages and these counters can be monitored and recorded by your recruits or employees. The counters will link directly to your site. You can also have paid member accounts, where the user for using this counter facility will pay you a fixed amount.
