This is a script based on perl and a web based application which performs mail encoding with MIME standards. The users can send and retrieve mails using smtp and pop3. This program permits the users to download and upload attachments. This program is a set of perl scripts that works in CGIs and on any platform. No database is need for this script and cookies need not be enabled.
