Annoying Notice is a script written using perl, it is a coranto addon which places the message or text in the header of coranto administration page. It has new support privacy features. It comes with strong admin panel, where admin can modify / delete the current annoying notice. Users are allowed to select everyone, administrator or high level users who would like to view their annoying notice.
