Tintinnabulum is a perl script where, news items to be categorized, profiles include only certain categories of news, and it allows news submission to multiple categories. Multiple selections are allowed: to make multiple selections, Windows users must hold down CTRL, Mac users hold down Option, UNIX users hold down CTRL. Admin can grant permissions to the users to submit items. All high-level users can post or submit items at anytime. Admin have rights to delete / allow any submisson.
