.htpasswd File and Site Access Manager description
.htpasswd File and Site Access Manager / is a password protection script where authorised users can generate protected files and directories on the website. This program encrypts password for accessing secured content on the website. When the visitors try to access secured content they are prompted to enter their username and password on a login page. After authentication the visitor is permitted to access the secured content.
