Masking is a technique that restricts the visble area of the target files to the given mask area. This tutorial teaches the users how to use the mask function in flash movies. This tutorial provides two methods for applying mask. One is, by using the flash editor and another is using the action scripts. In the actionscripts method, 'setMask' function is used to apply the mask on the target file and it needs a single line of code.
