This Java applet uses any JPG or GIF images to be used as the banner or background. You can easily design a banner with a text editor and the CoolBE. The text can be positioned anywhere in the banner and set its color. It adjusts the text size automatically to be accommodated into the required size. It supports transitions like Zoom, slide, and marquee the image, text, or both. The animation effect is automatically freezed when the mouse moves over the banner. The images / text can be specified with a URL link and it supports upto 1000 themes.
