Enterprise Gantt is a Java applet relies on optmised off-screen drawing code. It generates rasters of the data and merges them by alpha compositing to display the final image. E-Gantt runs better on SUN JDK 1.4.1 as some of it's extensions require this platform to run. E-Gantt?s library is commonly embedded into Applets and into Java Applications. This draws only what is required unlike other graphic libraries, which draw the entire graph irrespective of the scaling level.
