ColorPicker is a Java applet and is a hexadecimal color code generator. To create color code of your choice, click on the hue-saturation map to choose the color and fine-tune it using the brightness map and adjust the Red, Green, Blue scrollbars. It also passes on the RGB value to the JavaScript, which could then be used to change the colors on your web page or saved as user preferences.
