Headline Newsticker Java Applet can be used to scroll texts within a specified width and height. This scrolls the text vertically line by line. Supports a background color and image. You can also specify a border to the scroll area. The texts can move either up or down and the delay can be configured in the parameters. Others parameters that can be configured are: height and width of the applet, pause time between each ticker, the text moving speed, background color, font face, font style, font size, border, image position, absolute and/or relative URLs, etc.
