HotEdit is an image mapping tool written in Java. It associates data with specific areas or shapes drawn on an image without altering the image. It can create Polygon, Point 'imagemap'(HotSpot), Rectangle, Circle etc and can read either GIF or JPEG images. This application can run on any operating system that supports the Java Platform version 1.2.2 and above. The application has a default plugins that supports creation of Clientside and Serverside HTML including CERN and NCSA image maps. HotEdit can load and save properties and definitions.
