News Distribution System is a java application, which is composed of three components for News server, news editor, news reader. The news server hosts news while the news editor connects to server to edit news. The third component is for users who want to connect to more than one server and want to read news. This will find better use as a replacement to Notice Board in big institutions. Anyone can start it locally or remotely with his own server.
