Cursor Scroller can add innovation to your web page. It allows you to scroll messages, but with a difference. The scroller follows the mouse wherever the mouse is moved around in your page. You can supply any of your custom messages into the script. The scrolling display can be made to cease only when the user double clicks the mouse or after a specified time, which can be configured in the script. The script is compatible with the Internet Explorer 4+ browser.
