V-NewsTicker is a JavaScript, which can be used in your web pages to implement a news scroller. The messages can be made to scroll vertically either up or down direction. You can also pause the script and set the scroll to either up or down direction. The script is very small in size and can be easily set up. The script is compatible with IE 4+, Netscape 4+, Opera 5+ & Konqueror 3.1+ browsers.
