This script scrolls all the even sized blocks to create a scrolling effect on HTML. It causes this effect by scrolling HTML and not individual block to let the users to place backgrounds, links, images, graphics etc., on HTML to be scrolled. It scrolls blocks in all four direction as up to down (or) down to up and left to right (or) right to left.
