Every website needs a contact page. It does not matter the purpose of the site: a business or a personal website, the contact us page facilitate a quick feedback from your visitors since sometimes they are lazy to write emails. Contact Us are designed in a profesional way: to look simple but nice, to be easy to use separate or to easely integrate into your website. The only requirement is PHP. There is not need for MySQL. Writing Contact Us forms was always a problem when creating or updating a new website. You will not need anymore to write yourself a Contact us form
