PHP mailer is a PHP script that will allow visitors to your site to complete your on-line form and send the results to any e-mail address specified by you. The script supports up to ten fields per form, with each field defined to suit any name you choose, or may currently use. An optional auto response message may be sent to confirm that your visitors details were sent, and the script can be called from any number of forms on your site.
