A mailing list script that has an extensive admin functions built-in and can be easily configured to use on your site. Doesn't need an SQL database to run, uses a simple text file as a database to store records. The commercial version has a more extended admin interface: add/bulk add/adit/delete/delete all options. When a user subscribes, it validates the email address entered and sends away a confirmation message. When the user confirms their subscription, their email address is added to the database. All notifications messages are easily customizable through the admin area. You can send emails in HTML or Plain text format.
