This a php based ticket system that allows users to their site visitors to open ticket, choose specific department or importance, then to receive a ticket number to check their problems in real time. They can check the ticket and find their problem solution. They are allowed to send many replies on the same ticket. This program has seperate area for admin. Admin are allowed to search ticket by department or importance, modifying ticket, ability to delete all closed tickets after specific period of time etc.
