Issue Tracker allows you to track outstanding bugs, feature requests, completed work, and almost anything else you could think of in your projects life-cycle. Notes and sub-projects can be attached to each project. The notes can include full text formatting, including bullets, text coloring, fonts, justification, etc. These notes are very useful to store customer information, or just about anything else you can think of. Most of the issue tracking software available is very expensive and does WAY too much. Usually it is designed for a large team environment, and doesn't suit the individual programmer, but this Issue tracker can be used by individual programmer.
